This brand-new vacation property with five bedrooms and four bathrooms is perfect for your large family’s getaway, with over 4600 sq. ft. of living space. Four bedrooms have queen beds, while the fifth has two twins. There are three additional pullout sleeper sofas, and additional inflatable beds are available on request. The property easily sleeps 12+. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The unit is fully air-conditioned.

The main area of the home has a large Great Room and hosts a huge game room with ping pong and pool tables.
Extra Privacy
The home is designed with a mother-in-law suite for extra privacy. This portion of the home contains one bedroom, a living room, and a giant 13’ x 30’ spare room that holds the three independent sleeper couches, as well as a 9’ shuffleboard table. It also has its own kitchenette with a full refrigerator/freezer, toaster oven/air fryer, microwave, and induction cooking unit.
Private Backyard and Covered Porch
There is a private backyard and covered porch for dining or just hanging out during many of the seasons.

- There are ten lakes within 10 miles, including being just steps away from a private entrance to Green Lake, a 2,000-acre all-sports lake. Carry your kayaks or paddleboards down, or rent them nearby.
- You are approximately 20 miles from Traverse City, the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival, Crystal Mountain, and Lake Michigan. Just a little further is Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park or Arcadia Bluffs Golf Club.
